Fees for Haleakala National Park are listed below. For $80, you can also buy an America the Beautiful Pass, which will give you entrance to all national parks and more than 2,000 federal recreation sites.

Best Time to Go

Temperatures don’t vary much throughout the year at the park. However, winter is the rainy season, so you’ll find decent, dry temperatures in the summer.

Like the park weather, crowds are generally consistent throughout the year, with a dip in October and November. May through August is the busiest time of year in the park.

Year-Round Temperatures

Average monthly high temperatures range from an average of 66.1℉ (18.9℃) in July to 61.0℉ (16.1 ℃) in January.
